DESCRIPTION AND INSPIRATIONS

The Lucky Jacket revives the codes of 70s racing jackets with a more feminine and sophisticated take. Its ecru leather, enhanced with orange accents, shoulder quilting, and large 3 on the back immediately give it that vintage paddock look, somewhere between a pilot's suit and a team jacket.

Made from supple and robust cowhide leather, it offers excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing. Its waist-fitted cut, slightly longer in the back, is designed to accommodate the riding position without losing its structured silhouette.

It incorporates shoulder and elbow protectors, as well as a pocket for adding a back protector. Its satin lining improves thermal comfort, while an inner pocket and two front pockets keep essentials within reach.

CE level AA certified, the Lucky Jacket is a true motorcycle jacket with character, featuring that blend of technicality, color, and retro style that could almost have come straight out of a 1973 paddock.

TECHNICAL ZOOM

PPE, CE approval

Beneath its "lifestyle" exterior, this product is PPE! Yes, "Personal Protective Equipment," nothing less! Its features have been laboratory-tested to meet the requirements of European standards for motorcycle protection. Once the tests are validated, we are issued a certification certificate. Irrefutable proof that our equipment "protects" and is CE-approved.

THE PROTECTORS

There are different levels of "protection" within the CE standard. The Wildust range (Jackets and Trousers) guarantees AA certification. This level of protection protects against the risks of abrasion and tearing, but also protects against impacts inherent in a fall. Thus, all Wildust products are delivered with 4 impact protectors for the joints (hips + knees or shoulders + elbows). The jackets also have a compartment for adding back protection.

FROM EVERY SIDE!

What does CE approved actually mean? It means that the product has been tested against various criteria, put to the test in simulators that recreate the conditions of a fall, with speed, impact force, etc. These simulations allow us to calculate the resistance of the material and fabric used. Abrasion resistance is checked, as well as tear resistance. The strength of the seams is even tested! Each of these tests must achieve a result equal to or greater than the standard, in order to obtain laboratory validation.
