Exchanges and Returns

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To facilitate the processing of returns and exchanges, please go directly to YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT to make a return request. After validating the request, you will receive the return form below.

IMPORTANT

• Products must be returned complete, unworn, with their accessories and tags, in their original packaging.
• The direct return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The new shipment, in case of exchange, is covered by Wildust.
• All returns must be made with a tracking number and proof of shipment kept by the Customer.
• In the case of an international return (OUTSIDE EU), import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees during "re-importation" charged to WILDUST will be deducted from the amounts refundable to the Customer.
• As long as the package has not been received "compliant", WILDUST cannot be held responsible for processing the refund.``
