Compulsory and number 1 equipment for motorcyclists, it was high (very high) time we finally put forward our vision of women's motorbike gloves... :-)

I admit that we dragged our feet a little at first because... Homologation, certification, it's complicated, it's expensive, it's time-consuming... But in reality... These real constraints help to level out the products on the market and guarantee an essential standard of safety.

It was only once we had validated dozens of tests for abrasion, tearing, seam strength, safety and allergies.... that we finally received our SESAME. CE certification to EN 13594:2015, the standard that guarantees Level 1 protection. 

We were so proud! Weeks of work, designing, testing, correcting and re-testing the gloves to come up with a standard that 'holds up', no pun intended!

But the technical side is only part of the equation! You know our motto: Safe but stylish riding.... Yes, when we say that we don't compromise between style and safety, we mean that we're going all out to design a feminine, stylish and completely WILDUST version of so-called 'MOTORING' gloves. 

It's a major challenge to reconcile technical constraints with the resolutely vintage and retro mood that's so dear to us.

So we opted for a camel-coloured glove, close to our favourite colours, and we gave it a twist with this little 100% seventies nod: 3 gently curving strips of leather, 'stripes', reminiscent of the geometric designs of the era, or even the tracks on vintage racing circuits. A whole world of cultural references and authentic styles in a small pair of gloves :-) ! 

Made from thick, authentic cowhide leather, the gloves retain the suppleness you need to stand the test of time, as leather ages. The mesh lining is breathable, for optimum comfort in summer and mid-season.

We thought 3 details were important, to 'ugrade' this pretty pair of gloves with a retro design:

Benefit no. 1 : The leather is tactile on the thumbs and index fingers to enable navigation on your screens (GPS, smartphone, connected watches, etc.). 

Benefit no. 2 : A tab system is available for 'pairing' the two gloves. Among other things, it means you can always keep the pair "together" and, above all, you can put the gloves on either side of a carabiner, a glove loop or even a jeans loop or belt, to make them fit without constraint. 

Benefit no. 3 : A tightening tab with a long Velcro fastening, to tighten the gloves at the wrists and adjust their size perfectly.

These attractive CE Level 1 gloves are available in sizes XS to XL, and in a second colour. The hardest part will be choosing the one you like best :-)
